It encourages locals to drive to Main Street, and even better, provides 3 vouchers for 3 hours of free parking each time. Yes! Let&#8217;s clog our roadways in the shoulder season too!<\/p>\n<p>Apparently someone did not get the memo&#8230; you know&#8230; about using public transportation and that sort of thing.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes I really feel for people in the city and county government trying to solve transportation problems.
