This is causing traffic to backup onto I-80:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5234\" src=\"http:\/\/www.parkrag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/udottrafficbackup.jpg\" alt=\"udottrafficbackup\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A couple of weeks ago there was a wreck at the Canyons intersection that caused huge delays on 224.<\/p>\n<p>The more these things happen, the more it seems we just have <strong>a very fragile system<\/strong>. If one of a million different things happen on 224, 248, or downtown, there are huge impacts.<\/p>\n<p>In technology, the answer to a fragile system is redundancy.
