Summit County has the\u00a0second lowest unemployment rate in Utah, with 3.2% of the population unemployed. That translates into 740 people unemployed (seasonally adjusted).<\/p>\n<p>The only county in Utah doing better is Cache county. The following list shows all counties in Utah.
