City Council members must have said FUNK 18 times during a meeting. What&#8217;s the definition of Funk?:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.parkrag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/funk.jpg\" alt=\"funk\" width=\"488\" height=\"350\"  style=\"float:none\"\/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.parkrag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/clear.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.parkrag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/clear.png\" alt=\"clear\" width=\"800\" height=\"1\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3287\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We know &#8230; we know&#8230; people who live in glass houses shouldn&#8217;t throw stones. We all knew what they meant. Still we find it funny. Perhaps what&#8217;s more funny is their solution to making the parade more &#8230;uhh&#8230; funky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A committee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We love when the City Council gets down with the pulse of the people.
